Free Acting Classes Glasgow

The value of something that is given away for free is nothing. The aim of free acting classes is for the acting school to make their money back on you over time. So they attempt to lure you with free classes or goodies. An ancient marketing trick.

When people choose free acting classes over paid acting classes, they are making a choice with their pocket. I understand, we are all a little worse off thanks to the bankers and the global recession but is that the smart choice?

Cost is entirely relative. Example:

My own classes are around £149 for 8 weeks, a total of 16 hours and it works out as £9 per hour. Just £9 for specialist actor training from a top acting studio in Glasgow.

Back when we started out the courses were a little less, people said they were expensive, people said they were too cheap. Can they both be right? Now they are a little more, some people say they aren’t expensive enough!

Certainly once students attend our classes, they know they are getting a great deal and we have always tried to keep the classes as affordable as possible.

An acting school or studio with something to offer you, paying professional acting coaches, experts in their field, would not give you their services for free.

Acting schools with little to teach you will crowd 20 or 30 of you into a room, then the paying students will pay for those that aren’t paying. Economics. The many will subsidise the few.

Learning to act is a specialist skill, the teachers should be experts, worth every penny. If you can’t afford to train, save, what else is free in life?

Free acting classes in Glasgow? You get what you pay for. Want to attend an acting class that’s really worth the money?

We have our Stage 1 Acting Classes running on Mondays and Thursday in Glasgow.
