What Is WildCard Stories?

WildCard Stories is a creative initiative spearheaded by Frankie, designed to craft immersive, boundary-pushing storytelling experiences. With the new Creative Scotland funding, WildCard Stories will be able to further develop its repertoire of original theatre pieces and interactive performances. These productions often blend spoken word, movement, and innovative narrative structures—inviting audiences to engage with stories in fresh and exciting ways.

According to the Glasgow Times, Frankie’s project is among a select group of ventures recognized for their potential to enrich Glasgow’s cultural landscape. It’s an honor that testifies to both the city’s thriving artistic community and Frankie’s unique vision.

Why This Matters

Showcase of Scottish Talent: Creative Scotland funding is highly competitive, and Frankie’s success demonstrates the strength and promise of new theatre work emerging in Scotland.

Innovation in Storytelling: WildCard Stories isn’t your standard script-on-stage production. Frankie explores experimental ways of connecting with audiences, which can expand the horizons of Scottish theatre.

Community Connection: Funding like this often paves the way for more community engagement, workshops, and educational outreach—something Frankie is immensely passionate about in all her work.
