Acting Classes - Your Acting Career (Re)Starts Here
Once the basic fundamental tools of the Mindset Acting Technique are in place, students are encouraged to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in dramatic and comedic improvisations.
Successful completion of Step 5 is a pre-requisite of joining Step 6.
The course lasts for two terms and results in an informal studio-based sharing of dramatic improv and a public comedy performance.
This Step is split into two sections:
In Dramatic Improvisation, you will learn to use the tools of the Mindset Technique to develop powerful and moving improvised drama scenes.
In Comedic Improvisation, you will be challenged to create a hilarious 'Armando' comedy show completely from scratch.
Each STEP 6 course lasts for 8 weeks with 2 hours of class per week. Students are expected to spend 2 terms in Step 6 before moving on to STEP 7. You can register and pay for a class in THREE ways. You can pay in cash or by card at the Studio in advance, you can call the studio and make a payment by telephone, or you can purchase your place on the course below via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account).
Students must complete both elements (Comedic/Dramatic) before moving onto Step 7.
